Return and Exchange Policy | TOP SUMMIT
At TOP SUMMIT, your satisfaction and trust are our ultimate priorities. Because we deal with sensitive items—including detergents, personal care products, and paper products—our Return and Exchange Policy is subject to strict guidelines, conditions, and health standards approved by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as follows:
First: Return and Exchange Period
The customer has the right to submit a return or exchange request within (3) business days only from the date of receiving the order from the shipping company.
Second: Conditions for Return and Exchange
- The product must be in its original condition upon receipt, in its original factory packaging, and must not have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- Due to the sensitive nature of items such as liquid detergents, air fresheners, skincare, and baby care products, no product can be returned or exchanged if its packaging has been opened or used, for health, environmental, and public safety reasons.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached, or the order number must be provided with the returned shipment.
Third: Shipping Costs and Fees
- If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, damage upon receipt, or an error in sending the wrong product, TOP SUMMIT store will bear the full costs of shipping and delivery with zero fees charged to the customer.
- If the return or exchange is based on the customer's personal preference (change of mind) without any defect in the product, the customer shall bear the full round-trip shipping fees, and any applicable bank transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Fourth: Refund Mechanism
Once the product arrives at our warehouses and its condition is verified to comply with the stated requirements, the amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account or the card used for the purchase within (7 to 14) business days, depending on the operating policy of the respective bank.
