We ship and deliver to all cities and governorates within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through leading, reliable, and authorized shipping companies integrated into the Salla platform.
Second: Shipping and Delivery Costs
- Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer free shipping and delivery for all orders exceeding 300 .
- Orders Under 300 SAR: These are subject to a flat shipping fee that is clearly displayed to the customer on the checkout page, depending on the selected courier.
Third: Expected Shipping and Delivery Time
- Within Major Cities (Where our warehouses are located): Delivery is completed within (24 to 48) business hours.
- Rest of the Kingdom's Cities and Regions: Shipping and delivery take a maximum of (2 to 5) business days (excluding weekends and official shipping company holidays).
Fourth: Customer Responsibility and Shipment Tracking
- The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the entered data, including full name, city, neighborhood, street, and an active mobile number. The store is not responsible for any delay or return of the shipment due to incorrect information.
- If the customer wishes to reship an order that was returned by the courier due to non-responsiveness or an incorrect address, the customer shall bear the additional shipping costs for resending it.
